Why Work with Me
Most of the “habit” coaches are not experienced health care practitioners. My background in western medicine, alternative/complimentary medicine, Chinese medicine and being a health coach gives me a holistic perspective to my work as a habit coach.
I can help you create new habits or help you to turn your bad habits into good habits. Good habits build self-confidence, productivity, and happiness.
I am a seasoned health care practitioner and habit coach with experience in assisting people to reach their optimal health by helping them recognize their bad habits.
What You Should Expect
Our work together will allow you to identify habits that are not serving you well or create new habits to make your life easier and happier.
During our sessions, we will discuss the habits you wish to work on and you will prioritize them so that we work on the most important ones first.
You will be able to choose, from a variety of methods, the technique that will best serve your purposes in forming a new habit or changing an old bad one.
You will discover that once you change your key habits, many other habits you wish to change or create will fall into place effortlessly.
Our sessions will focus on what’s most important to you.
For your convenience, all sessions will be conducted either via email, phone, or virtual meetings online. Your choice. All sessions are strictly confidential and they usually last between 30 and 60 minutes by appointment. We will decide together on how many sessions you will need.
