"This book is really, really good! Dr Heyman has a great writing style. She is honest and vulnerable, full of wisdom as well as knowledge. She talks about having to migrate from Argentina to the United States and the negative impact it had on her. She is incredibly open about her own compulsions, and the stories about her patients are very touching. Her explanation of the science behind habits is simple and easy to understand. I just really enjoyed it. It's an easy 5 stars for me!"

I have already started small steps toward breaking some of my bad habits and it is so much easier because it has taken so much of the negative away!
